Privacy

This page describes how TotalMonthly handles information today.

The calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The home price, down payment, rate and other values you enter are not sent to us and are not stored.

Basic server logs

Like any website, the service that hosts and delivers this site (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site does not set cookies of its own. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you. It reports page views, the referring page, country, device and browser type, and performance timings. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent to it.

We do not show advertising today. If we add it, this page will be updated first to say what is collected, who receives it and how to opt out, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

What we don't do

• We don't ask for your name, phone number or email to show a result.
• We don't sell your personal information.
